Dear Ian and Jon,
I felt I needed to drop you a quick note to say a big thank you for completing my bathroom and cloakroom refurbishment, on time, on budget and to a superb standard. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the goods used, and have to say, that I have never come across a tradesperson / professional quite like Jon. He was prompt, thorough, clean, and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. He was creative with his ideas, and I ended up with a better bathroom than I could ever have imagined! To say I am delighted with the end result would be an understatement. I was dreading having the work done – such a small area, with all of the trades needed (plumbing, tiling, carpentry and electrics) but Jon made the whole thing easily manageable and stress free! I will certainly be recommending MK Bathrooms to friends, family and colleagues. Feel free to use us as a reference site, should you need to. I would be more than happy to show off my new bathroom!

We have had both our Main Bathroom and En-Suite refurbished and the results are excellent. From start to finish the whole process has been smooth and stress free. You have been available to ask advice from and this knowledge and patience is exemplary.
The work was carried out with the upmost care and the house was left in a clean state every night. The liaison with the other trades, such as the electrician and plasterer, was well timed and it was evident that you have established a good working relationship with them.
Both jobs were finished on time and look fantastic. Thank You!

We needed a bathroom revamp and contacted MK Bathrooms because we had read many positive online reviews of their work. Ian, the manager, visited our home and drew up a spec which we were happy with, having visited the showroom and see the range of options. Two months later, Jon and Kelvin removed the old suite and tiles and installed a beautiful new replacement. The work took just over one week and we were very impressed by their promptness, good humour, skills and creative response to a tiling challenge.
We would definitely recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

Jon had a detailed understanding of how the bathroom worked and gave us a really good idea of both the potential and limitations of the room.
